Service Availability: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with 30 days' notice to affected clients.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shout OTB, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Shout OTB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service causing the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to the following resolution process:
Informal Negotiation
Parties will first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations for 30 days
Mediation
If informal resolution fails, parties may pursue mediation before litigation
Legal Action
As a last resort, legal proceedings may be initiated in Bhopal courts
